we operate for a wide range of clients, and sometimes in highly pressured environments or on potentially contentious issues. We run conflict checks in advance of taking a new engagement, and undertake projects after exchanging a letter of engagement, detailing the scope and deliverables.

we bill for services in accordance with our letter (s) of engagement relating to a specific project, or our quotation. We believe projects should be broken down, with costs clearly identified against phases or component parts.
